Exercise gives you energy

Ever feel too tired to work out? I know the feeling but the hardest part is getting started. Even on those tired days, once you get started you feel energized and realize you weren't that tired afterall. A healthy body and mind=more energy and higher productivity. Can't go wrong with that! Dedicate yourself to your workouts and you will gain energy and feel great!
